Hot Java Production is in need of 13 Seattle area artists to fill positions as Illustrators, Digital Painters, and Inkers, video editors.

No out of country applications please. Out of area apllicants must be able to relocate by monday/tuesday of next week.
Relocation to Seattle area required.

We need people who can start right away- ASAP.
The positions pay $25,000 a year to start with a three month trial period at which time performance will reviewed and rewarded on a case by case basis.


Desired skills include storyboarding, inking exp, coloring/digital painting exp, composition, self starter, motivated and loyal, able to solve simple problems, speed!

Photoshop and hand skills especially desirable. We do not need and 3d artists unless you kill with a pencil as well. Hand animation exp is a plus.

Style will range from old Batman style comic art, semi realistic, cartoon/children's illustration.

We will be working in a variety of genre.

What do we do?

We are producing digitally bound books-they are delivered on dvd are approximately 8 hours in length and require a whole lot of illustration. Again we will be producing in every genre known to man.

=SIGH= Sounds like a top-drawer opportunity, Scooley. Too bad I'm one of those 'out of country' applicants. Otherwise, this sounds like it's exactly my skill set.

Are you looking for freelancers as well?

I live in the Seattle area but am probably moving in a month or so but would be very interested in working on this project. I've already shipped an email off to ask about this...
