I've been watching the DSG's for a month or two now and have been absolutely awestruck at the talent on this site. So much that I've been a little intimidated to post anything here. Then I wandered into the thunderdome and have been truly humbled at what I found there.

I figured I should post something to get in here and get over my fears, so here's an easy starter...

When does the next thunderdome start?

And now that I think about it, where's the first four thunderdome competitions entries?

All thunderdome contests are still in the thunderdome section. Your settings in your user cp are set to default, which means that threads without posts in the last 30 days aren't shown. Change the settings and dive into the magic world of the thunderdome :p

Thanks Fozzie. That also revealed all the previous DSG's too. Say, my computer's broken at the moment so I can't scan anything in let alone digital painting or posting but I'd like to start participating in the DSG's. Is it possible to participate through self-discipline (of keeping the 1.5 hour time limit) and then scanning them in and posting them at a later date? Or do I have to wait until the computer's fixed?

I think it's not a problem to participate this way...a few members here post their dsg-art afterwards, when they missed a good topic...

But don't miss to take part when your pc is up again...the dsg's magic is in the "live-act" when talking/discussing in irc with other members/artists about your work, their work and anything else...

I don't know when the next contest will be...it's nothing which happens at regular intervals...

The thunderdome contests are started by Jason or Android, the masters of ca :p

I think they first think of an idea and they need time, since they are very busy...so relax and enjoy the calm atmosphere before the next thunderdome-storm is raised...

Btw if you have an idea for the next contest feel free to make a suggestion...
