just a tree and some squirrels from yosemite i did a few weeks ago.

those are some hard lil buggers to draw :|
i wish i got to draw more while i was there.. just an abundance of 'life' to draw oh well..

those tree, rock and ground sketches are my faves. I like how the hatching is giving them nice form as well as sugest texture. I should try sketching with pen also.

I think to capture the movement of those squirels you'd need a pen which draws thicker sweeping lines.
