Ok, I hate it when I get general crits such as "work on anatony," but thats what I'm going to tell you. You look like you've studied it a little bit, but I'm going to suggesst that you go look at some referance pics of body-builders. Look at their proportions (for this image, muscular people) and the way that those big muscles work and look in relation to one another.

Also look at a guide on proportions, and draw our your character with "heads"/stick figureish.
