these were mostly for my illustration project on mythical beasties.

I especially love the work on wood.
Perhaps because of their smooth aspect for the eyes, with a quaint charm (which don't let me insensible :P ) in opposition with subjects.

But the three first, are very interesting, and mastered too.

Walnut: not yet, I just came up with that technique 2 weeks ago, but im excited to feel my way around it more..so you can expect more works in the future :D

Fipse: I got stuck with my other project so I fell back on the default of drawing mythical beasties XD and since i'm totally ADD I'm always changing my style..I kinda wish I could finish a whole series in one style or at least pull them together with some elements, butbeing all over the place does help me learn more.

everyone else: thank you guys so much, I admire/hero worship the hell out of all of you guys so it feels great to have my work appreciated!

what's really cool about many of these, and in particular the latest one - is that they have that ancient oriental artwork feel down to a T

I also like the fact that you use some interesting mediums to work on and I've always been fond of illustrating mythical beasties myself so these have a lot of appeal for me
