So I drew that picture very hard. That picture is the result of my effort.

This is really cool. Very clean and well done. I aplaud you for all the details that you so patiently rendered. Some small crits. The details keep the my eyes going around and around the whole image, but there might be too many details that make the overall composition too busy. Her left foot looks fine in the original line drawing, but the curve on the inner side of her foot got dimished in the process of coloring. So the foot looks abit awkward in the finished image. I can see that you have put much thoughts in the light source, and this is only a suggestion... the light above her should be the strongest light source, so if you increase the contrast of the overall and concentrate it on the strongest light source, that might help to solve the problem of over busy composition without loosing any of the intriguing details. Good job and welcome to concept art.

I think the most beautiful detail in the whole picuture is her hair. The locks of golden hair coming out of the helment is absolutely stunning. Keep up the great work!

i agree tho that all the details and everyhting being at the same level of focus is hurting this piece--also that blue and red in the beakers is too strong and detracts form gigure in foreground

Reminds me of those super realism pieces by the likes of Estes, where everything is rendered and depicted down to the last detail.

It's interesting to see you start with the nude figure and then change her to that mech-like concept.

The piece would be stronger if you emphasized the foreground figure more and toned down the background--either by lessening the contrast and/or adding some atmospheric blurring.

I can't imagine why you'd think your drawing ability is deficient. I'd like to see stuff that you consider 'bad'.

Oh for crying out loud, enough self depreciation !! That pic rocks and reminds me a bit of Francis Tsai's work.
If you didn't "draw well" before.. well sir, you must've made a heck of a leap forward then ! :chug:
