Hello all! This is my first post here, I'm really proud that I can post something along with it. It's a Work In Progress, I just 'scanned' it in [with my phone-camera], and corrected the image in Photoshop CS2 (what an amazing upgrade, CS->CS2). I think there are a lot of wrong stuff in the anatomy, but I'm going to concentrate on coloring and making it into a final image. This is the first time I actually started from a pencil sketch so it -is- exciting. Hopefully it'll turn out like [YOYO]'s pieces.

Anyway, comments and critique are welcome.

The afore-mentioned things are true......also her left breast is a little "saggy", however, I am amazed that you D/L this from your camera-phone (amazing). Correct the problems (as you said youa re doing). I look forward to seeing the color version........dont try to emulate someone else's style............find your own! :)

Another update. I haven't had any time to work on this yet, just a few (hopefully) improvements.

http://home.12move.nl/licklick/artwork/rickwong_character_step3.png The leg will be fixed.. Wow it looks weird right now.

In fantasy Art such as this... females legs are proportionally longer... The look you have there is really sacking the heroic pose... really need to work on that right foot... her right foot... find a boot if you can and angle it like you have in the pic... with her left foot turned in like that it makes it look like she is "covering up" rather than performing the 50' vertical anime sword-slice jump... ;)

CHEERS!... It's coming along... keep drawing.

Thanks for your advice, I agree with you on the legs and the pose. I'm actually trying to make her do a 'spin'. Seems like it's not working out the way I want. I will keep drawing. ;)
