Hey,
I'm a film/TV/games composer. Recently I started an audio team called SILVERsounds and we open tomorrow (May the 1st.) We're currently planning two sound libraries: a "Classic RPG Library" and a "Royalty Free SFX Library". The latter will cost but the "Classic RPG Library" is a free set of 100 MIDIs that can be used by budding game makers/indie developers and commercial developers alike if they so wish.
Basically, the "Classic RPG Library" needs some attractive artwork so we can promote it, and in turn, the team. This job, like our hours of slavery over the library is for no money but if you're interested and don't mind then there will be other jobs for competitive pay later on in the year, such as actual album covers and the DVD covers for the "Royalty Free SFX Library". This really is just the job to get us started before we can start making some money.
The artwork for this needs to be an armoured soldier (think Sigfried from Soul Blade/Calibur I and III) standing on the brow of a hill. His sword and shield are dropped at either side of him in disarray as he stands looking at his hometown/castle in the distance burning to rubble. There need to be people fleeing in the distance also.
If you're interested, e-mail me at rob@silversounds.org (mailto:rob@silversounds.org).
Our site will be uploaded tomorrow. If you want to check it out then see it here (http://www.silversounds.org/mockup/). If this link doesn't work then that means we've opened and you can just refer to http://www.silversounds.org/.
Thank you for reading this slightly long-winded post and I look forward to hearing from you.
