this is the concept project i did for the conceptart studies.its based on a chinese fairytale called the legend of the white snake..but i've re-modified the the story and the era ..these are my version :)

Looks niice! Reminds me of METROPOLIS... any influence there?

That was my first impression too. Looks very cool. I like the perspective on the last one. I want more. :)

William b. Hand :indeed..heavily influenced from metropolis..did alot of research based on the movie environment.hmm..about the story..both of the character is not a snake like the original tale..
its a post war environment..10 years after the 3rd world war.many of the countries were wipe out and destroyed from weapons of mass destructions.the opposition forces is running low on bombs,they researched into new kin of chemical bombs and dropped hundreds of it into china.lots of radioactive charges being released and affected alot of people.those women who highly exposed to radioactivity later give birth to mutants like white and green..the entire concept is actually brainstormed with another groupmate of mine.i just post what i have done:)
