1. You need some place to host your work. Try the FAQ at the top of the Finally finished section, there should be some sites that offer free hosting.

2. A calendar. How exactly? You need to explain that a bit better. If you mean putting all your work chronologically in one thread then try the sketchbook section. That's the place if you want to put a lot of your work in one place. There you can put anything finished, sketches, ideas... .
