I think you know exactly what I'm talking about so please don't play the smartass card with me. This is a thread about an established artist looking for prospect clients and yes, I don't like people getting into other people's business. At the end of the day this thread is just that, business.
BTW that "self-promotional tagline" is called signature and is an useful perk you have for being part of CA. It goes automatically on every thread you post stuff and you can't opt to take it out selectively. Usually people uses the signature to quickly go to your site and verify you know what you're talking about on the threads, not to give you a job.
