God, I havn't been here for a while been busy with coursework so Ive probably missed tons of art, and very behind on my sketch book....
Well heres my new picture, it's my character from my RPG.

Also I know the hands are too small :P

What hands? WOW, they are small, hehe, you reallly ought to change that.
The face also needs shading.

Wow. If Asoir hadn't said anything, I'd have assumed you left off the hands for a reason.

It also seems like you drew the figure fully armored, vice doing the figure first, then armoring it. The anatomy is highly irregular and doesn't read very well. With the part below the waist being so much longer than that above (almost twice), it really makes her seem hulking and bent over. Check out some guidelines for proportions and it will give you a step up in your figure work.
