i started doing these (both watercolor and plein aire) this winter.
all of these four are of the same view. thought it would be nice to see the progression of the weather. the first is early winter, second is later winter without snow, third is early spring, and last (newest) is late spring.

wow Trevorr. that second one is terrible. i bet if i was there i could outpaint you!

wait... i *was* there........ and mine was horrible. :rolleyes:

but yeah... you know i'm kidding. but where are the other ones? that one that we did in the woods was good. and i'm talking about the painting, not the thing behind the log. hahahahahhaha

I really like all of these - the first is definitely my favorite. I did some small watercolors like these, post card size, a few years back and they're some of my favorite stuff from that time.

Good work. If you got more show them.
