Started running out of time towards the right half of this one, but around the dragon's head the feel is not so bad.

I think my #1 biggest problem is mixing colors, especially for shadows. I could really use advice on mixing colors, if there's anything better than the eyedropper tool and hsv/rgb sliders. It's hard to get the right color by pulling sliders, and the colors don't seem to mix well when painting (in Pshop).
