So I finally got this guy finished. Im not gonna say how long I spent on him cuz then you guys will make fun of me.
I did the whole thing with photoshop 6. Its 15x11 inches.
I know that I need to work on blending. But its a definate improvement over all the other stuff Ive done that I havnt shown you guys.
Pls crit away. Be burtal...

Nice design, but the balance is a bit off in the face. The furthest eye should be further away and up. Flip your image to spot these things, you get blind after a while of looking at it in only one way.
Then it's the issue of tangents. When two things in different planes touch and confuse the depthperception. In this case his fingers that meet the knee. Have them cover the knee much or, preferably in this case, not at all. Keep on!

Hey thanks for the crit. I never would have thought of flipping the pic...guess Im still used to pencil and paper stuff. And I hadn't noticed the hand knee thing until you said something. Now its glaring at me lol.

some thing wrong with the proportion and his right arm. His right arm is broken or something. Coloring is not bad actually. However, to me, he looks kind of flat.
