I actually like it...
Hmm lets see, ok well I think her body is a little too dark, looks like shadows are all over. I'm not really sure where the light source is, judging by the highlights on her calfs it seems like its coming somewhat from the upper left side, but like i said its unclear since you didnt portrait any higlights on her back. Anyways, that's not that important, and I'm not gonna get into technicalities :).
What concerns me is the right hand though, the line going towrds the elbow is a little too long IMO. Other than that I like it, I'm not a fan of fairies and such but you did a good job, your composition is well thought out, Good job! ;)

Lookin good, i Like it a lot, its very smooth. Right now the only thing that seems wrong is that theres a bit too much going on, its hard to distinguish between the forwground and background. I think if you added some color to it it would turn out really nice, just to kinda seperate the fairy from the rest of the peice. =D just a thought

or, thanks for its small commentaries, the line of the right arm is a little releases, it will use the rubber and it will try to distinguish but between bottom and personage thanks see you :)

If you put a darker outline around the objects in the foreground, it will seperate them out better.
