Hi guys. This has been a long term pic. Been fitting it between jobs. I have my shields at 100%, so please critique!

I love it...plainly and simply love it. It's an exhilarating pic man. Very well done.:) I wish I could crit it, but I can't find anything wrong.

Very, very cool! You can really see the movement in the scene. The only thing that looks different, not bad but the last tank seems out of perspective to the rest of the picture. The way the plane is rolling seems as though that last tank is on an odd angle. I really like the picture. What medium did you use?

Thanks guys.
Ronin, this was done in Painter 7.
Yeah that last tank is little out. In the original sketch you could see that it was on a hill by the way the road trailed off. That 'aid to perspective' disappeared when I realised the amount of smoke/dust that would be engulfing the tank that was hit.
I'm considering toning back the tank in question to get out of having to deal with it's perspective issues. It's so small, any fixing might make it look even more strange.

It looks great. I think it'd look better, if the plane would be releasing another bomb onto to the tank at the bottom. With a little army guy sticking his head out of the top yelling at the plane. Just a suggestion. I love it now, but imo that would add so much to it. :D

WOW.

Awesome movement, and an incredibly unique VP.

I really love that splash of violet in the lower right. Great work. I'm totally loving it.

That is a beautiful painting. You really get that sense of motion. Nice job. Add another kill confirmation to his side!

(or is that only in dogfights...?)

Man, I can hear that P&W roar! I knew just what you were doing with the angles on those tanks- your topography is evdent, although some dust would mke it cooler, maybe. My only crit is a nitpicky and technical- the Jug was a HUGE-assed plane, and your pilot looks too big.
Rusty, as allies gained air superiority, at least one unit was commanded to wax their planes in order to coax every klik of speed out of the airframe. But that late in the war she wouldn't be wearing those invasion stripes, and I've only seen pics of OD ac polished. [Sigh] The curse of being an aero-nerd...

Really, really nice MGH, I'm getting motion sickness looking at it. My only crit has been said - the plane looks too shiny. It's probably due to our profession... make that product sparkle!

Hey, at least I resisted the temptation to through on a lens flare.
You're right about the shininess though. Comes from doing to many beauty shots of cars.

Actually, If I remember right, that plane had a big shiny aluminum coating. I don't think that the shinyness is out of place.
