nice to see that youre drawing and not being a complete slab ass. glad to see more values in your drawings now. i think you could study machinery more, cuz some of the robotics look really whacked out. most of the anatomy is good, but its off in a few places. though it isnt bad, i think the smudging could be done more successfully, but i am definitely seeing you learn. keep it up dude.. .you know me and metaphysiks will.

These are definitly cool, I like the softness you are geting in the woman sketches. I think you could push the style a little more, and /or maybe go a little more realistic to get down overall proportions( though I see you are in the third drawing.) Just the guys torso, and the first girls torso look a little wonky. Hers is kind twisted weird and his is too small, so his crotch is creaping up like he has no stomach. Over all very attractive stlye forming!

Thanx for the comments guys. well these are basically my first attempts at adapting myself to this style. I'm tryin'g to follow into the footsteps of Masamune Shirow (Appleseed, Ghost in the Shell, etc.). His Machinery and "CyberpunkStyle" is just sick and got me totally inspired. I know I need to work a lot on the natomy..ESPECIAlly facial expressions, cause my peeps look kinda dead..but My goal is to master at least the body language by the end of the summer.Anyways..I'l try to post some more lata this week-it's tough for me cause I don't havea scanner (poor-snif snif)..anyways..thanx for the feedback!
PS: Thanx fot the postings Chris

man i am so glad to see your new stuff. we were getting worried. i knew you had some stuff. much like metalwinds and dustintrimble said, keep at it. i myself am becoming aware of how truly important practice is. i am glad that you are developing a style. be careful that you are not striving to be shirow ,more that you are taking things that you learned from him and pushing it further. my crits wight now would be to hit the books and study the anatomy, this will help your crazy ass poses because they will look a lot more bad ass when the anatomy is correct and it will be easier to play with the anatomy. i would also work on contrast to help define what is figure and what is background and to helo define the planes of the figure. this will help us not get lost in the drawing and all the detail will be discernable. sorry for writing so much. i cant wai to see your new stuff man.
later
