The hands and forearms seem a bit off. Also, her breasts look like they are flattened up against her chest and do not protrude out from her body. Obviously, some women are less endowed than others, but judging from the cleavage lines, it is obvious that this particular woman is meant to have a larger chest.

Now, I do not know if you did this from life or a photograph, but if not, then I would suggest doing so. The head is very strong and the torso is solid as well. Keep it up!
