Hey guys and gals,
If any of you live near, or in the LA area and you would like to submit artwork for an exhibition, then I have just the opportunity for you!
One of my friends is promoting a show he has entitled Exhibition-ist at I-Candy lounge in West Hollywood.
You can display the artwork in many ways. There are even 4 large plasma screens that you can run a dvd presentation on if you're so inclined. And it's not limited to just drawing a painting either; photography, sculpture, t-shirts, (you-name-it!) are all welcome also.
I recently had an exhibition there and it was a great time, so if any of you are interested at all I highly recommend it!!!
The plan is to eventually have a great collective of art and music and good times, and the only way that is possible is if the word is spread!!
I know some of you are going to art school in the area also, so if you would like to pass this info along to people you know I'd greatly appreciate it. There is enough space there to have a few sketch groups going also, so if you don't want to show, but would like a nice spot to hang out and sketch on Thursday evenings then look no further. :)
Anyway, you can get the info to the correct parties one of two ways:
You can email take3creative@yahoo.com , or if you're uncomfortable with that you can even email ME at nivbed.web@gmail.com . Please include some samples of your work or a link to your site, and maybe just a quick blurb about yourself.
