Yeah, until I get someone to take pictures of the stuff I can't scan (too big or anything containing charcoal or conte of any kind) this-yar Sketchybook and the stuff I upload will mainly be stuff I draw on 8''x10'' or using the tablet. Expectations? Lower them! I'm in my second college-level drawing class and I still don't really like the way I do things. *shakes fist at self*

The box side of the value study is meant more to convey a sense of lighting, and the ball-lookin' side is more for volume.

More later, these are just to show the sort of basic ingredients I use for drawing. (And I know I really need to work on my man-hands. They look like... weird paw mitt-things.)

I call this one STEVE. Steve is the name of the male model we're always using for figure drawing in my drawing2 class.. and even though this doesn't look much like him... all my made-up not-real no-name males are now Steve.

the female and malestudies are looking fine! Keep at it, youre capturing the right forms.
