well i'm not too much of a fan of that plant/mushroom one or whatever that is. It's a clean image and stuff but it's not very compelling, that last one I think would be great if you'd used a slow shutterspeed, is that a sub? what is that? And something about your first image up top, if his left shoulder had been rolled back a bit more so you couldn't see that tatoo i think it would be much better. great stuff :) that first one seems much more symbolic after your last comment
btw do you have a version of #3 without the laser painting over the subjects face? It looks pretty cool as is but I'd like to see the original!

yes the mushroom is very boring...lol the last image is of a sub in the water,, i have some ship images kinda of the smae but with a longer shutter speed ,, iill try to find them and post..
the cancer one ,, its not a tattoo just some paint,,it kinda tricks the eye to moving in the image..
the lizer light ...that is the original image,, i can post the negitive if you like ,, just think of it like light painting while shooting in bulb setting

so all of that was done with a laserlight facing towards the camera? that's some amazing work if thats the case!

Satisfaction, other way around, man. Think of a pitch black room. You hold your shutter open on the camera and use a light, in this case a laser, to paint colour onto your subject in front of the camera and expose the film

Jive Turkey, is right ,,, pitch black room, camera on a tripod, bulb setting on your camera, get a laser pointer in hand and paint away on yer subject,,(one thing tho)
make sure your subject has his or her eyes closed ,,lazer light is bad for the eyes..you can also try flashlights or any other type of light source.
here is one of my contact sheets, shot on slide by 645 medium format camera
the contact sheet is not the best but you get the idea ..

hi! i actually like the contact sheet a lot, almost more than the original post. the combination of the pictures give a whole new dynamic to it, almost like a film strip frame by frame. well of course you just put it on the scanner, but on a black background (even with the film marks) i think it would be even better... :) very impressive!

wow ..its neet to get a responce from a contact sheet,, very intresting
i work in the studio and field.,,i prefer the studio tho ,,more control on every thing , like subjects, lighting , and backgrounds..but its all ways fun to just walk around and shoot.. but yes were i have bee doing photomanipulation i have been doing alot of studio shooting for that work..
