heh, im glad my work inspired you to go ahead and paint sumthin up. im currently reworking that landscape, it was supposed to integrate an alien city in there somewhere, but i just got caught up with color and the sky.

as for my crit.... the image seems pretty flat, you need to get some atomospheric perspective going. maybe pop out the highlights and details in things that are closer to the viewer, and fade out the areas farther away. pretty much low contrast = far, high contrast = close.

its a good start, the whole image is too blurry, i keep trying to squint my eyes to focus. if you look at reverence material most rocks dont really look like that. to me it looks like the mouth of a giant creature or something. as s13 said, the mountains in the far distance feel too close, as if the knight could jump across onto it.
good work, keep posting, you can only get better by listening to the great artists here!

Its a nice start, but too blurry or undefined. Also, the figure on the horse should be larger, or the whole piece should be larger, otherwise it seems too insignificant.

Good color sense though.
