I'll try to keep this short.
We're a new up and coming team. With the exception of myself, the rest of the team currently practice professionally in the Video Game Industry. In respect of their Privacy I will not name which studios they work for but all of them are established, worldwide-reputable companies located in the U.S. and Canada. I can share more details about the rest of the team to anybody who is seriously interested in being part of an exciting project with every intention of being finished.
What we're making
Our first project is a side-scrolling, action-arcade shooter. Think Contra & Metal Slug with a 2d style of game play in a rich, real-time 3d world. We plan to emphasize game play but of course will have cutting edge 3d graphics.
Who we're looking for
Someone with a great passion for video games, console or pc. Somebody whose abilities range in style but most importantly a creative thinker who can produce quick concepts that our 3d artists can use to create realistic characters and environments from. Eventually we'll worry more about finished, fully rendered art for the website, promo material, game manuals, and so fourth but for now- we just need someone to help inspire-- to generate ideas and really set the tone of this game from an artistic point.
What's in it for you?
As mentioned above, 3 of us work professionally in the Industry, 2 of which have let their current employers know they are working on this side project. Both have shown interest... Legally speaking, since our head coder is also the lead coder at another studio they do own the rights to any code he writes outside of work. Potentially this could very well turn into a shipped title. You'll be included in the credits and earn a share of any profits. A copy of the game to show your kids, and a chance to see your drawings come to life in a professional grade game where the assets are being created by the very same people who contribute to some of the best games in the Industry today. Once we get a few titles under our belt as a team- it is not unlikely that we will leave our current positions to open a physical company. If you'd like you could come along- but that's in the future. One step at a time.
I hope somehow I have peaked the interest of someone here. I believe this to be the finest talent of concept artists and the most respected community I have yet to come across.
I can answer any questions anybody may have; I'll give you more details about the team and specific information as well as links to each of our portfolios showcasing work done on shipped titles.
Additional Skills
If you can contribute in any facet of the game development process from design to asset creation (modeling or skinning) this is a huge plus.
E-mail any questions directly to myself,

Currently I'm finishing the first draft of the Design Document but we've already got a nice list of things for the concept artist to start on. This project is in its early stages so now is the time to jump on board!
Thank you for your time in reading this, I look forward to hearing from you!
Cheers!
Nicholas
