Spot on, the balance is off. And the wings dont seem to have any depth, ie. you should add shadows on it to make it look thicker.

yeah the balance is off, and
it has the typical Photoshop look when you have used 3 color values
light - color - dark....

good start.

needs a light scource - Don't color till you're image is ready.
unless you're drawing straight to color that is.
for practice plain black and white is good.

Balance - did you have a ground at all. for a basic standing pose it's good to position the shoulders above the heels. You can also check if your image is properly in proportion/blanced by fliping it, look at it in a mirror, or hold it up in reverse to a window.

Construction - did you draw her boobs afterwards?
your construction looks good, but just needs to be more present.

and as a bonus I think it kind of looks like Drew Barrymore - interesting.
