Looking for artists to collaborate on Hivehead Tales a spinoff of the popular Graphic Smash webcomic
Hivehead (http://www.graphicsmash.com/series.php?name=hivehead&view=archive&chapter=12895)
Note: Unlike Hivehead this series will be in color. Also there's always a chance the stories will be printed at a later date.
What's in it for you?
1)Thousands of readers exposed to your work (including publishers, editors, and fellow artists)
2) An addition to your portfolio that includes sequential work as opposed to just pinups and illustrations. If you want to work in comics and/or animation you need to show that you can tell a story and work from a script.
3)FUN!
4) And yes the distinct possibility of your work being printed either in an anthology or a collected graphic novel at some point in the future.
*A couple of important requirements (that seem simple enough but appear to be a proplem for a lot of creators)
1) Must be able to communicate effectively
2) Must be easy to contact and responsive to email
3) Must be serious about seeing work through to completion(seriously we're talking 6-8 page scripts...nothing massively time-consuming)
Email a link (hivehead@gmail.com) to your portfolio or online work. Now what're you waiting for?
