Hey everyone. Recently, as I'm sure many have noticed, people tend to complain about how few replies their sketchbooks get, compared with how many views. I just want to encourage people to, just once in a while, Scroll down the sketchbook section, find a few really low post counts, and give them some crits and encouragement. I think it would help pick people right up.
Remember that at one point, your thread didn't have any replies either.
:D Thanks for listening (And hopefully acting.)

i might add that having a HUGE sig is no garantee for heavy traffic ;)
seriously though, the best way to generate more traffic to your sb, is to comment in other people's sb's
cheers

I don't want extra traffic dude, I already have plenty of replies. I'm talking about the other people who don't get much attention.

You have a fair point Pixeldragoon. I had a stint in the critique centre the other night. (needed to feel like I was posting content other than bullshit). Some peeps understood what I was critiquing, others didn't.
But I will try to get into the sketchbook section more often.

it's a good thing you brought this up btw, sketchbooks need more attention indeed

Sadly it still looks like the most effective way of generating sketchbook traffic from here to infinity is including any analogue to 'My Sketchbook WARNING CONTAINS EXTREME ADULT NUDITY R18+ NOT SAFE FOR VIEWING IN OVER 25 COUNTRIES' in the subject line.
Like, even if there's no nudity at all, damn modernist frauds. :upset:

Hyver's advice is golden. Spend some time checking out and replying to other people's sketchbook. works like a charm.
(and i know i havent been able to reply to everyone who's replied to me. Sorry! but I AM working on it!)
That being said, go check out my sketchbook! lol
