A subject that has been done many times before. But I think you did a good job anyways. :)
The last one is cool with that that hole in the middle.
The sharp speculars in the water makes it kind of graphical. Which is pretty cool. I dont know if it would have been better with a softer light or not. You might wanna try using a soft box or something else to diffuse the light a bit.

As morbid said, the subject matter has been done. But I really like yours. There is something very enthralling about the simplicity of the water seried (im not so hot on the coffee and milk, I think it has interesting forms, but the colour puts me off). I actually like the slight imperfections on the waters surface, the tiny bubbles and such. I like the humanity in these shots. Good job.

Nicely executed and original take on an old idea (well i think it's original, i might be wrong?). I like the marbled effect of the milk in the coffee. Just yesterday I was thinking about that as I made a cup of tea.

yeah, im going to try later on, but how did you set stuff up? i'm going to try putting a glass on top of the base for my lava lamp, that should hopefully light it up. but did you have a constant drip mechanism? or just single ones at a time?
