Any Ideas? (schoolwork help wanted)

My teacher has assigned us to do an attention piece. The class is titled marketing yourself and i understand the concept i think. Am i supposed to blanket different companies and individuals with these things to get them to call me? The only problem is im having a hell of a time figuring out what i should show and what exactly i need on this thing. The teacher is brilliant but his teaching techniques do not fit my learning style. Any help would glady be appreciated and if you have an example please show one. Thanks:

Also i would like to not show the whole url for my sketchbook anymore. I would just like a simple line of test that reads like enter my madness or etc. with that text being the link.
