First of all it looks really cool great job

The only things that bother me are how some edges are sharp and others not. for example his head there is one section that is slightly blured.
Second, the left arm looks kind of flat and doesn't really give the appearance of being behing his shirt

Other than those two minor details I think it looks sweet so post some more

i really like the idea you've got there

but theres things i dont also,

i think you should 86 the tatoo, my guess is you'd never see that on any mortal kombat character, esp. with the pinkish lightning bolts,

and being nitpicky, for the sake of mobility i'd either lenghten the chains on his body or lose them, cuz when you're fighting and you wanna elbow rush your opponent, and your shit just gets all caught up in the chains, everything just goes to hell:D

but on the other hand, that idea for the mask is fresh!! as is the vest, i'd really like to see a full body sketch, try doing it in a non digital medium so you have more control...

i agree with siskol, the design could use a few tweaks. overall it looks pretty good.. . you need to watch using the softer brush though, the painting looks really damn blurry in places and its hard to look at. also, you could boost the contrast and watch the use of yellow on the skin. watch your lighting too. not a bad first try

i agree not bad for your first time, and i think it is quite obvious that you did this with a mouse because you used the blur tool to soften the shaky paint job with the mosue
its cool tho, i love the design with the exception of the tattoos

i agree wit all of u...i most definitely shouldnt of put da crap tatoo on...and it seems i made his right arm 2 short...and im goin 2 try 2 get better usin ps...i really need 2 learn how 2 avoid makin pics so blurry..thanks 4 da input...keep da suggestions comin
