This was my entry to the recent Thunderdome. The Dragonlord from Dragon Warrior, the free Nintendo RPG :D
Any comments appreciated.

The front/side/back view drawings look really good. The painting is pretty good as well, but I think it feels too soft overall. It may just be my computer, but the blacks aren't very dark.

I like the concept. 1 crit is the jaw of the dragon, it's in the wrong angle facing too much towards the viewer. Maybe the same with the front teeth. Like blackhand says, the dark isn't really dark, some more contrast would help bring out the characters more.
Another thing is the missing "face"-expression of the warrior/lizard. Viewers might tend to personalize more with the dragon than with the warrior because they can see the face.

Thx guys, I am learning to paint, it's hard for me to steer away from lineart. I'll make sure to tighten my stuff further and make more parts high key, seems to be the response from other people also. Appreciate it.
