Error with pics

Hey all I probably have simple problem but its got me stumped, almost every pic on this site seems to show this image...

if anyone can help that would be great cos I've tried both Firefox and Iexplorer and niether seem to change it...

on the phpfox thing? ya there is an assload of bugs atm the moment, its bran new ya see and we are ironing them out, bear with us. All the forum images posted by other users should be working though, just ones uploaded to the ca servers are getting weird.
