too much light too many places. Look into composition more and how the eye moves, see old master tools - the golden means. Focus your light more on the maze and the man (he can be in shadow) and let the top go dark, this way more attention on your story line.

THe maze looks out of perspective. And yeah, this texturey super highlight on skyscraper look is very common.
