Hello everybody first post at these here fine forums.:blahblah:
I am Lost aka LostAgain aka AnOldFriend and also happen to be the lead 3d artists for the VVD team and "Kynskavion: Twighlight" game project. The leader of the project is a Goblin whom goes by the name of Mireneye and I told him I would post this here. ;)
Our team name is "Virtual Vision Designs" and we are a group of indie developers trying with all our might and free time ;) to build a game that is both enjoyable to play and has a great look and atmoshpere. At the moment we are looking for atleast one more concept artist who can and is willing to draw character, creature, building, and so on concept art. The game is mainly "realistic" fantasy in its art style with a few Scifi/tech elements in it. The game and engine have been in development for a few months and is progressing pretty well except in the concept art front in wich we only have 1 semi active concept artist and another that hasnt been seen in nearly 2 months. Also if any 3d artist(s) happens to pop in here we could use some help in that area aswell. ;) If anybody is willing to help leave a message here or you can reach me at lotsa_potsa at that hotmail .com place. The following is a bit of the story and lore for the game:
After a series of unfortunate events, and the unhappy event of your fathers death you travel to his grave where he appears in an gahstly
shape, and tells you about the curse that runs in your family veins. The one inflicted by the curse will beacome more and more evil, as the time goes, if the curse is not weakened by a powerful seal, or vanquished by the power only your realatives posess. Now, you are the only one left in the family. You got to do something about it. Can you change the hands of fate? The answer is yes, This is not a question of fate,
its a question about choices. You embark on a journey, seeking to make the right choice. Either good or evil.
Lore:
There are tales of a broken sword. During the great war, evil unleashed a deamon named Xnandrie. However the deamon was driven back by the sword Dercanum and its wielder the sense master commonly reffered to as Blind. However, Blind sucsesfully sealed the deamon, with only few scratches, the most severe one was a scar wích goes in a stright line over both eyes making him what he is today, blind.
The sword was split into two pieces in the battle. One which is rumored to still rest in the skull of the deamons head. And the other is an Tribe artifact, highly valued. The sword wields an exceptional magic ability, which even the gods fear to seal. However, few knows that the sword is actually something more then mere the weapon.
