Hi there!
A little painting here, about what i would like to find (one of these days) in the forest near my home.
Hope you'll like it!

The only thing really bothering me about this is the isolated colors. There isn't really any of the girl's colors in any other part of the painting, especially none of those purples. There should be some reflected light going on to make her look less pasted in there. Otherwise good work.

and the fact that it looks like she has one arm.

Ew, I didn't see that at first. Lovely textures on the rocks though. But where is that waterfall in the background falling from - cuz the texture looks like more leaves and as far as I know, waterfalls typically originate from higher-altiture rocks :)

I like the tree a lot. The fairy... not so much.

I really like the tree and the atmosphere of this piece. I agree with the above critiques, it looks like you put a lot of thought into the background but went with pretty stereotypical ideas when it comes to the fairy. Her left arm does appear to be handless ( I can see that she is touching her shoulder, I think, but I can't see where the hand is.) I think it's very good overall, but needs some work.

Great scene (how'd you do the leaves?), but loose the Ren fair/goth look on the character. She looks out of place. Her hips looks too low btw.
