A lot of good stuff in these, but since you say you're working on structure, I've got to say that I find the structure of both mouths pretty unsatisfying. They just don't seem to exist in space right. The top one, the teeth show me a much smaller jaw than the jaw shows me, and the second we don't seem to be looking up at to the extent we are the rest of the head.
The eyes have a really nice mood in the second one.

The coloring is great. Watch out for the midsagittal lines on the faces. they are a bit off... Most notably the first one. Her neck is also stretched out too far.
