I've only very recently got into digital painting from scratch - this is my second attempt.

Something wrong with that nose... and it looks like she's clenching her jaw? (Or something like that) :[

Just had a go at a really rough paintover - certainly not suggesting that this is an unequivocally correct alteration - this is just to illustrate things you might want to consider:
- bumped up the size of the nose, made it a bit more bulbous at the end - original nose had a michael jacksonesque concavity to the sides.
- changed the shading on the side of the neck - this could realistically be extended to all of the skin as at the moment it has sort of a chromium finish feel.
- made the lips slightly fuller in an attempt to reduce the impression that they are tightly pursed as if with a clenched jaw.
- rounded out the chin. She had a somewhat square jaw which was lending to the clenched jaw hypothesis.
- drastically reduced the appearance of tendons, adam's apple, lines of flexure etc in the neck. The most apparent tendons would be those diametrically opposite to the lean of her head, i.e. at right angles to the viewer and without such a sharp shadow cast.
Well, I hope this gives you some ideas. Certainly no imperative. Welcome to CA!

I would put some larger folds into the cloth and shorten the nose up...it seems a little long...

heres a paintover showing a suggestion as to how you might change the lighting to really bring out the features of the face more properly. another suggestion id really recommend youd try, is flipping this picture horizontaly. it should help you identify the assymetric parts of her face, which bothers me a bit as it is
