Yup, i can tell you'll do well here. Yet another amazing artist for the ranks of CA.

My Humble Opinion: I think you've got the lighting and the anatomy (for lack of a better word) spot on. One thing that looks wierd though, is the lighting above her right eyebrow looks like it changes from light to dark too quickly, but i guess i'd need to see the ref photo. Also, the teeth look a little smudgy, maybe sharpen them up or add detail.
