Great fur rendering on the bear, though I think the figures are a bit dark in general. The figures get lost in this dark mass towards the center of the drawing. Because of this, I'm having trouble seeing details like the Pirate's crazy moustache.

I'd suggest taking away some of the darkness and lessening contrast for the background figures to make the bear stand out more and just to add clarity to the figures.

The use of straight primary colors for the feathers is a bit distracting.

I like the vignette you have, but it's too close in color to the eagle, making things difficult to distinguish.
