What culture do you believe has the best skin and hair?

I'm not trying be stupid, but I'm trying prove my friend wrong. My friend thinks that asian people are only people with good skin and hair. I'm trying prove that could be applied to any culture. Since it all goes to how good someone take care of their skin and hair.

Personally I think the best hair I've seen belong to mix children between Caucasians and Mongloids. Their hair are soft like a Caucasian but are so neatly straight like a Mongloid.

Other than that its pretty much free for all. From an artistic viewpoint, I think... what's it called... Mulatto? Sort of half tanned. Everyone has little spots/blemishes/rashes or whatever on their skin every now and then, but it shows more against white skin of course. With black skin it can be more difficult to create a sense of volume, the same goes for white skin under certain conditions.

So the obvious choice is something inbetween, although my personal slant is a bit more towards white than black. Now there's room for both shadow and light, and with a little help from babyoil you can top it with some glistering highlights on carefully selected spots.
