The only real noticeable flaws is that some of the axii (Axeses?) are off... like, their eyes don't line up with the mouth or the nostrils or something... But overall, good job!

I don't have time to analyze them all closley, but a few I was wrong on because their eyes are squinted or something- On several, one eyelid is higher than the other. I hope you can see how I was wrong on those =\
This one though, the nose doesn't match;

Lovely stuff as I would expect from you. I do wish one of the longer poses was larger, i wanna see the marks in there! if there are any....
I love the second to last one, finding the persective on the cylinders looks quite interesting, makes me want to give it a try.
are you using any tools besides the charcoal to get some of those very smooth gradations? especially the third to last in the hair...hmm. I'm guessing either eraser or your patient :)

TinyHands tool of the trade are his one little hands. they are perfect for getting into the tiniest of places to smooth out the tone just right. it really is a must see :P
very cool mark. glad that iv seen these all in person and while you drew most of them

jeez mark your getting so much information in those 25 min,
in regards to the smearing and blending, i dont know if im feeling it as much as your older stuff . however there are prts in these drawings where you get it to work really well.
great stuff regardless.
