How much do plaster casts cost?

I've been looking everywhere but I can't find one... How much would they cost (or a cost effective substitute), and where could I get one? They seem really hard to track down. Help appreciated! :D

or even cheaper cast your own face or part of it. or a friend's. i have my friend's nose sitting around somewhere.
