I like the image, it's very solitary. Seems like it's dawn by the lighting. I'm not sure, but the leg seems like it might be a little too small unless I'm just reading it wrong.

I like the rendering of the platemail, but I think you could add even more scales. But the armour on the arm resting on the leg looks like he's wearing a T-shirt (guess you did that on the ref :)) Think about that one!
The hand on the same arm looks like it's missing a couple fingers or something....it's a bit off.
Fix these things and I think it'll improve greatly
I like the face and the collar!

Cool! I like the way you rendered the face and mail, and I like his expression and the color choices.

I agree that the hand and leg are off a bit. The wrist looks like it bulges out where it should be taunt.
