This is a cover I did for Keith Giles' comic Digerati (http://www.plasticanimal.com) - you can check out a preview of it on the site.

Process-wise, it's all digital again.

ALL digital? Blagh...I can't believe there are people that can draw and sketch using a tablet alone--amazing.

The pastel background works well to contrast the stronger colors of the figure. The transition from green to pink from foreground to background is nice.

No criticisms other than the linework loses some of its crispness in the background, but I'm guessing that comes from working all digital.

Beautiful image, great color use! Two minor crits - it might look more natural for her head to be rotated slightly away from us rather than slightly toward us(my stiff neck wouldn't let me twist so far! :] ), and also the railing is rendered very rounded, but the gun balances on top of it. Maybe flatten it out? Great job, hope to see more :]

blackhand - thanks, glad you liked the colours. About the bg lines, it's basically because I spent more time on the character's lines.

Anthony - Thanks. Do regular stretches when spending prolonged periods in front of the computer :p I agree the gun placement is dodgy, but hopefully it doesn't do too much damage.

Francis - The comic doesn't have a publisher yet, but Keith's trying to get it sorted. Japanese + Euro... sounds about right to me ;)
