Your biggest problem is proportion. You have to think about the figure as a whole. Rather than drawing a head, a neck, a torso, an arm and a hand, build the entire body at the same time. Think about the shapes you see, the form they represent, the angles they make, their relation with one-another. Build everything up geometrically and relate sizes (most common measurements are taken from the size of the head).
Two things that would help you the most; life drawing and an anatomy book. Right now it's pretty obvious you're drawing from secondary sources (photographs, etc).

Thanks for the comment, ive been battled with anatomy, i still have a big way to run.
i only used reference for the second guy, all the others were from head(used a little mirror to help on the hands:=)), i think that justifies that he his the less bad anatomicly, at least for what i think.
when you say draw from life, and that ive been drawing from photographs, that means using photos as ref is bad? or worst than from life directly?(i mean tecnicly i dont care much "morally" cose is just to learn yet).
greets!

In short, yes, drawing from life is much better.
Photographs have all the answers laid out for you. All of the shapes have been interpreted, all the forms have been flattened on the picture plane, and it sort of encourages mental copying (that is, just drawing the contours you see without thinking about structure, volume and mass), which can lead to many problems, such as poor proportion and ingenuine shapes.
Drawing from photographs isn't as bad after you have done lifedrawing, though. Once you have learned how to draw from reality, you can apply those techniques to secondary source drawings, and you'll find yourself thinking a lot more about what you're drawing.
