I own an old architect-desk which is able to rotate into several positions. I mostly use it with a rotation of 70°, so I don't have to duck very much.
Maybe you could construct sth similar :)
Just take some wooden boards and
put one in this position: |
and another in this: \
just carve the edges, so that they are covered with the first board.
take some screws and..
Now you have a thing you can place on your desk which looks like this: |\

Don't know if it works ;), maybe there are some instruction plans on the web for desks, or look for second hand ones.
edit: cheap solution: Stand up every thirty minutes, walk around a bit, twist your neck and sit down again.
