Thanks~ Yeah, Prince of Persia is one of my fav games! I got some inspirations from POP3 for the warrior's armor of the second piece :p

I think I like your tighter stuff better. The loose stuff is kinda too busy for me. The dog creature at the end thoguh it the perfect balance between the two.

Thanks for everyone's reply! I'm still trying to find a balance, I'm trying to figure out a way that keeps some sketchy feelings but also have nice details.

Also painted this after watching V for Vendetta~ A good movie, only lacks a bit of real action. The final combat is pretty cool~ but too short

good stuff. i like your more polished characters a lot. those sketches are getting better as well, but you should get rid of some redundant lines. while it's part of your style, it also kills plasticity and accuracy.

wow, really cool style in your speedpaints and in the rest of the stuff...got no pencil sketches? (i'm just curious)...

...and could you show us a step by step example of how you do a speedpaint like the B&W ones in the first post?

Thanks my friends! :) I'll post some pencil sketches later when I'm working at a place nearer a scanner, for now most of the sketches are digital.

Whoa dude, awesome stuff! Seems like you're finding that golden area between too sketchy and too tight pretty quickly. I tend to like the sloppier stuff more, but that's just kinda me, keep striving for the happy medium. That V is the shee-it! And the dude with red cape from #10 is really striking too. Really killer man.

hey man, this is my first time checking out your sb, and i like it. the messy, sketchy stuff is cool, the smoothed out stuff is really nice, but my favorite lies somewhere inbetween, the melding of the two. i think that you're finding the right spot, the right balance in some of your works (posts 10, 17, 18, the V piece and this last one). keep working on it.

Thanks man! Yeah I'm still trying to figure out my own style and balance it with the quality of the sketch. I'll try to make them look smoother and less sketchy, I'm also practising some full-render images with a lot of details. Will post more here :)

I tried some new stuff this time. First I did it on paper, then used my digital camera (don't have a scanner so far -__+) then did a bit rendering in photoshop, and here it is. About 1 hour in total.
