Now, that's a BIG pot :p

Give the ellipse of the pot more effort and it would push the quality a LOT!!! Define the shape better, cleaner...other than that the guy looks cool, though i don't know if he should look a little cartoony, because his fingers are very long and simplified...also the shoulders are looking weird, but as i said maybe you don't want to look it anatomically correct...

You could adjust the colors...more variation e.g....
