If you flip this horizontally, I think a bunch of skew will leap out at you. It'll show you how important it is to keep measuring things.

Very nice indeed. A few things, I'd suggest making the eyes smaller to maybe 3/4 to even a half of their current size but very good on the iris/pupil shading. The nose is sort of crooked and flat; I'd suggest taking the time to find out where your light source is coming from and then shade in the opposite side of the light source (ie, light from the left, shade on the right) and shade the other side a TINY bit. When you're drawing any piece always take a break for about 5 minutes..come back...walk around the piece and look for things to change (and always draw lightly until you think everything is exactly how you want it and then start darkening or else you'll get smudges and nasty unerasable lines). Also, the jaw should be a little more smoother and the neck should be a little more narrower since the subject is a female. I'd like to say nice job on the shaded hair on the right, looks very nice. The shading on the face is very good!, but I'd still try my nose suggestion. Keep it up!

The nose bridge is slanted relative to the eye line, and the left side of her nose (nostril and muscle) and mouth are all angled unnaturally.
