Hey Claude nice pics!
Its very interesting to see you experimenting with composition, this has always been our strong point and from this batch i woul have to say the daisy dirty pic is by far the strongest. The intesity of the blue and the off center placement comes together for a very fine and strong pic. However my least favrite is the guitar and pack, the washed out colors and the off balance composure makes it wierd to look at
Good pics always good to look at your work :yayca:

Daisy Dirty is a very nice picture,
it's something about the contrast between the green and the blue
nice work =)

Thanks Barret and Il Cielo for your comments,...
@IL Cielo: The washed out colors werent my intention, but i like the dreamy look of it all, that's what i wanted to show.
@Barret: Thanks, i couldnt help but stop and take my camera out for the sake of the view.
Here's a close up:

I love the first two. They're quite perfect in composition and subject and colour.
The next two don't do much for me.
The third, because of the overexposure which I find ugly, and because the subject isnt clear either - so for me it fails in both the subject and the aesthetic.
With the fourth, the sky is also overexposed which I don't like. The only instance in which a blown out sky works well, i believe, is when coupled with desaturated colours - to create a feeling of a dreamscape or a melancholy mood. (eg, in Saving Private Ryan - most of the skies are washed out and the colours only 40% saturated).
The composition isn't very creative and (to me) the subject isn't very interesting.
The final picture is quite interesting in terms of composition and colour. I like it, but prefer not to tamper with colours unless it brings something completely new to the picture. It brings an ambiguity to this picture, which is good.
